3D TPE Floor Liners

Choosing 3D TPE Floor Liners

This is the full-coverage category: moulded trays built against a pattern taken from a specific vehicle, with high side walls that follow the footwell and wrap the sill. They are for importers and distributors selling into markets with real weather, wet boots, road salt or dust, where a flat mat leaves the carpet edge exposed. Sets are typically three or five pieces covering the front row and the rows behind it.

• Confirm the model year or year range and the generation code, not just the model name.
• Confirm the drive side. Left-hand and right-hand drive use different tooling.
• Decide the piece count - front only, front and second row, or a set that also covers the third row.
• Check whether the retention points in the vehicle floor are moulded into the liner.
• Agree the raised edge height in millimetres, since this changes both containment and carton bulk.
• Ask for the tool reference behind each part number, so a reorder is produced against the same pattern.

Typical products in this range run from high-volume fits such as the Toyota Corolla liner to deeper trays for SUVs, and each part is grouped by vehicle on pages such as the Honda CR-V fitment page.

How it differs from the neighbours: flat or semi-universal mats are listed under all-weather floor mats and cost less per set, while trunk mats protect the load floor rather than the footwell. If your market values a heavier, thicker product, look at the 10 mm thickened liner rather than changing category.
