Double-layer floor mat made to order for your model, with a detachable upper layer that lifts out of the base tray. The top layer can be removed for cleaning while the moulded base stays in the footwell, which shortens turnaround between washes. Sets are supplied in three pieces. Both layers are TPE, odourless and plasticiser-free, halogen-free and recyclable, and remain flexible in cold weather. The base is waterproof, so spills stay in the tray rather than soaking the carpet. Send your model and year so the base can be tooled. One set minimum, FOB pricing on request. OEM and ODM orders can carry your brand mark, colour and packaging, subject to a tooling check and sample approval.
